Crankshaft End Play

I would like verify cranshaft end play on my atv lt250r but i don't have wear limit. If anyone had this information it would be appreciate.

What year is your LT250R? Give me the year and I'll try to look it up for you. Or, if you have an 88-92 LT250R you can download the service manual on this site.

Shouldn't the crank bearings fit tight enough that there should be 0 end play.

Up and down play is a no and it means that the crank bearings are worn.

Lots of rod side clearence is normal because the piston pin has thrust washers that keep it centered.
