| What year is your LT250R? Give me the year and I'll try to look it up for you. Or, if you have an 88-92 LT250R you can download the service manual on this site.

| Shouldn't the crank bearings fit tight enough that there should be 0 end play. Up and down play is a no and it means that the crank bearings are worn. Lots of rod side clearence is normal because the piston pin has thrust washers that keep it centered. |
