| I am in the process of rebuilding a 91 LT250 that a friend of mine gave me. The plastics are trashed, unrepariable and can no longer be used. I am running out of budget to purchase new Suzuki plastics. I have a set of red Honda 250R plastics that I could use, and I think would turn out sharp. I was thinking of doing the red plastics on a red powdercoated frame. I want to get some opinions on it before I get to sanding, fiberglassing etc. Am I crossing some sacred line that forbids one from crosspollenating fenders? I do not want to post pics a month from now and get fucked with over it.. Let me know what you guys think and if anyone has any suggestions that would help to.. Thanks in advance! |

| Thanks for the replies fellas.. I believe the one you are thinking of is: ![]() ![]() That's where I got the idea from, instead of ordering new plastics. I think it looks pretty sharp. It looks like he has a 250R seat on there as well, which runs up a little higher on the tank. I might try and use the LT seat because it is a little wider in the back, but that leaves the tank more exposed. I may fiberglass a tank cover and see how it looks with the LT seat.

| Man Those Plastic's Look Good On There. The Only Thing That Would Bother Me Is The Opening Were The Stem Clamp Is, I Personally Would Try To Cover It Up. |

| i personally think the fender look a rather tall on it..... but stock LT250R plastic isn't exactly the prettiest thing anyway... |

| Hadn't thought about the TRX tank, I might have to look in to that.. It might make things a little easier fitment wise.. I'll get out in to the the garage tonight and brainstorm hehe..
