YEEEEHAW! I finally got myself a 2-stroke! Racezilla500's quad is mine now! YAY! I wanna go out and tear up the county with it, but I have to work. =(
Oh well, there will be plenty of time for that in warmer months. Till then I can work on my leg muscles so my 150lb @ss can start this thing without getting bucked off! haha this thing is a whole lotta 4 wheeler.....

i think that was a damn good trade for you DT. there might be a little bit of difference in value, but it definately makes up in power and fun. hahahaha.

Congrats man. You definately have a beast. Don't have to worry about downshifting on steep inclines anymore. Just floor it doesn't matter what gear your in. And they say 2 strokes don't have any torque. As far as kickbacks, kick it like you absolutely hate the thing. My worst day of riding is I forgot my boots and rode in my Nikes. Bottom of my foot was purple. I weigh 200lbs. So start pumping iron. lol. j/k. It's a workout to ride but def fun. -Mark

well congrats on the buy, and i know where you are coming from, mine only being a 265 it is still hard to kick with all the compression,but i cant imanigine what a 500 is like. i have always wanted one. nice buy

heres the hotset up on kicking those 500s over (especially a modified comp one)
one slow ass kick down till it hits the stop this is like a pre kick then kick it very fast, its not so much how hard you kick its the speed of your kick ,that was my lts anti theft protection ,none of my freindsor anybody else, could start that f^cker,hahaha. dont kill yourself ,now you can ride by a z400 guy and heckle him with smartass remarks

I think MR.B hit it on the head. We found that the speed/velocity of your kick is what is important. I was trying to start it by a "push" type kick. You know, using the weight of my body to help "push" down the kicker. NO, NO, NO. Don't do that. Snap the kicker down with leg velocity, don't push. Speed is king on the kicker. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND using boots to start it. Riding boots if you have them is even better. My buddy and I would not start the Zilla with tennis shoes on. Been there, done that, not good.
Haha, take a look at the vids I posted. Notice anything funny about the left foot versus the right foot? Hahaha.

i tried to start that f*ck last night. well i skinned my damn shin when it bucked back haha this quad is absolutly awesome the pics do it no justice at all. if you ask me it's a 04 LT500R i mean the thing is practically brand f*cking new. racezilla i hope you really like that Z400 man. you got rid of one bad mother f*cker. now if i could only start it. haha i'm sitting at hiome and DT is at work. i;d really like to take it for a spin but he'd be really f*cking pissed haha so i'll leave it in the trailer til he gets here

Yeah, it was a good trade for me too. Have you ever just been ready for a change? That Zilla was just too much of a beast for me. It did look awesome in my garage though! Everybody that knows me is cracking up right now. Countless, countless, countless hours have been put in that thing. And as soon as I feel like I'm almost done with it, it's gone! Hahaha, the story of my life. Keep me posted!

So, 370 and dt ,did the Zilla kick your asses anymore? Im Kevins buddy that helped him put that beast together. You got one BADASS quad with A BADASS attitude!!! That thing has kicked my ass more times than I care to mention. I am the one starting it in the video . It looks easy, but its not. It has turned my fuc@#ng foot 10 shades of purple on a couple of occasions and I am now missing a good chunk of my shinbone!!!! Its a beast in every sense of the word. To keep it from kicking back , after about 4 to 5 unsuccessful kicks ,take the plug out kick it over a few times and put the plug back in. After a while I got to where I could usually start it in one or two kicks. Like they said before , speed of the kick is crucial. Keep us posted!!!!!!!
