Zilla motor teardown w/pic's

Today I finally had time to tear the zilla motor down and access the damage. The only damage was what I already knew about. The crank's right side, the cylinder and that's about it. The crank bearings were tight with no noticeable slop but didn't spin very freely. They will be replaced along with all the seals. All the other bearings are in good shape.

I will add more tomorrow after I press out the old bearings. I want to see what the bearing sleeve's look like.

I took the cylinder to phatheadracing today and the jug is okay to use. He told me the crack is not an issue and won't break out. He's boring it to a new Wiseco and I will get it back next week. I can stop fretting a new jug now and get on with the rebuild. More pic's to come later today.
