Default anyone running kenda klaws on a zilla?

need some new tires, and was thinking about getting a set of kenda klaws, and was wondering how they work on a 500. was going to buy the 22x10x10 6 ply rears.

I have Maxis Razors on mine and have been very satsified. Great traction on dirt and the sand. I have 20s on mine though. Not sure about the klaws.

Depends on the riding you want to do. Generic trail tire, around the farm riding? OK. Fast trail/track tire? Not so good. Tread wear will be good, but overall traction will be less than a std. Holeshot. They are a good price though, so I do see motivation there.

In my opinion, the latest rear tire for the zilla is the "GNCC" Holeshot in 20" or 21". They are more spendy, but offer great grip, life, durability, and keep the profile lower than a mud bogging 21" tire or a 22" tire.

yup, the price is what i was looking at! plus i've read some good things about the kenda's.

i was looking at the razor 2's. but i could get 2 kendas for 1 razor! i went riding with a kid who had the razor 2's on a raptor 660. they look real agressive. and a deeper tread than the razor 1's.

i've had fast trekkers for years, but i can't find them for sale anymore in the size i want.

I got a set of those maxxy razrs and dont like them, you know i went to the suretracks and love them, the blaster had the blackwaters and now the spidertracsand they both work good, i find I get better traction with an open tread pattern, like a paddle tire, ever wonder why tractor tires look the way they do with those big paddles, might be something to that

Yeah, agreed, for hill climbing & mud, but not so much for sideways traction on fast trail rides. I used to run the GBC Mudsharks in 21" x 12" x 10", and LOVED them, heavy, but agressive as hell tread...really hooked up. However, they slide sideways more than I liked, and I slid off a few trails mroe than I cared for.
