I know its not the powervalve because its working correctly and its not hard to set the powervalve on the 500s.

i think you might be lean on the main if your not making power on top. when i ran that carb, i ran 185 main. i know all bikes are not the same. but worth a try and check the plug.

Yeah thats what i was thinking. I was just hoping that it wasn't my new keihin carb but i have heard alot of people say the 39 keihin is much better than the stocker before you bore it out so i was hope that the keihin is better
