Default zilla swap, engine to frame!

88 motor to 87 frame just wondering what small things i would over look.
Not an mechanic, love the beast but just don't want to swap everything over to find out I f***** up some of the small things, or missed things that need to be replaced.
thanks.

nothing on the frame is an issue. make sure you have the intake boot for your 88 motor not 87

yes. wheel bearings, a-arm bearings and seals, shock bearings, make sure your ball joints are good. it's way easier to do all that when it's already apart. don't forget the turn signal bearings.

Yep, bearings.

Check your chain, sprockets, and brake pads one time too.

gogo - turn signal bearings, my quad didn't come with the option of turn signal, couldn't afford it at the time, i knew i should have paided that extra $500 for them.

Also don't forget the muffler bearing, i would suggest having a pro install it, if not installed correctly your quad will not run at all.

I'd say besides all the bearings, while you have the motor out I would def check your valves and maybe throw a hotcam in as well! lol. Im gonna be going through all this too, once i get my frame back from CT Powdercoating Technologies and cylinder from Flotek
