if you have water coming out your head gasket, than you have a head gasket problem. drain water and pull the head. find out why its leaking. make sure you are not leaking into the cylinder too. did you use any type of sealer? did you tighten the bolts down correctly? good luck

just looking at your list of mods, are you running a cool head? o-ring or gasket type? either way its time to pull the head, i guess.

I thought the cool heads used o rings instead of a gasket.I may be wrong with the zilla.Sounds like somthing is not flat. How bad is it leaking?Try getting it nice and hot then shut it off and torque those bolts down..

The cool head uses two o-rings. You need to install o-rings to keep the cylinder sealed. Everytime you kick your pushing the charge out the head with coolant. I would not kick it anymore until the o-rings are installed if you get enough coolant in the cylinder you can damage the ring faces and cylinder.

I have a cool head on my bike and it doesn't use o-rings, regardless you should be doing SOMETHING to make a seal between jug and head. Running the motor with it leaking like that will certainly make it go boom boom.

No o-rings??? All of them I have seen on websites have o-rings. Do you use sealant or a gasket then?
