| Start with the obvious first, spark plug, cap and wire, then coil connections. then check out the stator and pick-up coil resistance readings. I'm not sure if theres an online manual on here for the LT500, but I'm sure someone can get you the correct numbers, my book is not close at hand.

| It sounds like you have a loose connection somewhere. Or the coil is acting up. I would look over the entire electrical system and make sure there is no chaffed wire that is rubbing on the frame grounding out the circut cutting the motor. |

| yep....another good possibility. At the front end of the frame up top where the CDI and coil are i would say is the most likely place. Space is at a premium there, and theres a LOT of wiring in there

....first it started leaking water out of the wheep hole wich is because the housing around the waterpump shaft is broke a bit....then i took it down the rode for a sec and i lost spark...pushed it back and kicked it once and it fired right up........took it back down the road and it quit again.....pushed it back and then it wouldn't start.....in what order would it be smartest for me to find out why i don't have spark......any imformation would be great...i already checked all my connections they are solid....
