| Yes, you need to lower the rear down before you damage something. The drum in the cushion lever is not installed properly. You need to loosen the bolt that locks the drum & rotate it to the correct position. http://www.off-road.com/atv/qra/chassis2.html |

| zilladude, i just took a look at it and the bolt is in right... it looks that way because of the angle of the picture, the picture also makes it look alot higher than it is

| Yes the shock cushion is installed wrong. Here's side pic of my zilla. When I rebuild my 500 I did the same thing. Installed it and noticed it didn't sit right so I had to loosen the bottom shock bolt and tap the cushion around. -Mark
