Default Where to send 88 LT 500 motor?

I just bought an 88 Zilla basket case. The guy I bought it from had taken the motor completely apart to have outside covers sandblasted and powder coated and have the engine worked. He got as far as having covers and a-arms sandblasted. The motor and tranny is in variuos boxes and all the internals are in excellent condition. I want to put the Zilla back together, extending the rear swingarm 6 inches, have the engine cases milled and bearing sleeves installed, true the crank but keeping the stock stroke, have cylinder ported for drag racing on 110 octane fuel (seniors class, old folks like me), bored or sleeved to whatever. I would also like to have tranny back cut, or get the 2-3-4 overide done. Where is the best place to send this motor to?
