Does anyone know of any techniques to remove a siezed piston out of the rear master cylinder? I have the entire assembly to that point removed, just cannot get this piston out. Scott Last edited by Banshee_Killa; 07-02-2005 at 10:39 PM.

remove the parking brake and push on that pin sticking out. its part of the piston. and heat it up before you push on it.

No, not the rear Caliper... The rear master cylinder. That is the piece that the fluid flows into, then goes out to the caliper, its actuated via the rear brake lever. Scott

I already have all that apart, the snap ring is out, and the push rod is out, I just need to get the piston out. Scott

Even if I do that. I still need a way to get the piston out, since you cant press down on it. How else would you get it out? Scott
