The orange one is a 92 LT250 with a 87 500 engine w/CT's conversion pipe. Power Pro's makes the pipe & sell it bare. CT has theirs chromed.

Power Pros made the conversion pipe for the LT's. Not sure of a web site

Powder coat is the only way to go. OEM blue with some metal flake looks good.

Hey, I have taken your 2 cents to heart and decided that I would just let the powdercoater do the work. I am having the frame done in a translucent blue metallic and the engine will be done in grey metallic. Plans for a power pros pipe and either blue or white plastics are in the near future.
