| well i can fit a .010 feller gauge between them. everything is new, whats my problem then? |

| If wiseco reccomends .010 clearance than I would imagine that is correct. The wiseco pistons expand significantly and quickly, and are prone to cold seizing as a result. I just tore mine down, the clearance is .014 on what I was told to be an almost new wiseco piston. That is enough to rattle the piston around in the sleeve that is for sure, and I could have sworn I heard some piston slap.

| it just seems so loose. but i guess its all correct. i haven't installed it yet. this is going to be 1 of my winter projects, and i'm making sure i have everything correct before i put it back together. |
