Default Riding again

Hey guys. New to this site (obviously) mainly because I want to start riding again but had a couple questions for you if you dont mind.

I have not even TOUCHED my Banshee in about 2 years and am wondering where should I even start in getting it back in working order? It ran great before so it has not been sitting with any problems other than sitting. I figure drain all fluids and refill but is there anything else major I should be checking/fixing/replacing before I even try to start it?

Thanks,
Ryan

Oops I just realized I posted this in the manuals forum...Sorry. Any way to get it moved?

Thanks again,
Ryan

Welcome back to the 2stroke world and E2S. I would start by draining all fluids, clean out the gas tank, carbs, radiator. Before refilling the engine with fluids I would pull the right side cover off and inspect the clutch and maybe pull it apart and clean the steels and make sure the fibers are still good. Or for a piece of mind buy a new clutch with springs and just replace it. Install new plugs and air filter, top off fluids and fill the tank then get it on. If you haven't kicked it over in those 2 years then I would even go as far as a few drops of 3in1 in each plug hole and let sit for a few then use your hand to move the kickstarter to turn over the engine and make sure it's smooth. Then see if it starts.
