- I am now 56 and still love watching anything dirt. I started riding dirt bikes when I was about 20 years old. I started out riding trails on a Honda 250 that I stripped down. I eventually upgraded to Yamaha 360 a couple years later and started hill climbing. I fell in love with the sport. I kept riding and climbing hills until I was drafted in the Army and ended up in Vietnam. I have been disabled since 2001. Bad spine and chronic arthritis in my joints.
