To all E2S members:

The staff here at E2S would ask that you take a few minutes to review this
thread before you participate in the purchase or sale of items listed in the
classified section.

I would like to first lay out the disclaimer that E2S is not responsible for
the outcome of any transaction weather it be good or bad.

Before purchasing an item in the classified section please take the following
steps to prevent yourself from loss:

1. Check the sellers post count (Review his posts or threads to judge
character.)

2. How long have they been a member? (Are they an established member
on E2S or are they new. There is always a greater potential for loss when
dealing with a brand new member.)

3. Source of payment. (How do they want to be paid. This is very important!
Paypal is always the first choice. Be aware of the risks of sending personal
checks, cashiers checks, and money orders. Once they are cashed, you are
out of luck. Paypal offers many ways in which you can protect yourself in the
event that you become a victim of a scam or fraud.)

5. Check the Good, Bad, and Ugly section in the forums. (This is where all of the
good or bad transactions are listed. This is a great way to find out if the seller
has had a good or bad sales history on E2S.)

4. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, ASK THE E2S STAFF!!! (There is at least 1-2 moderators
signed on at all times. We are very knowledgeable as to who is good to do
business with, and will tell you who to avoid. Thats why we are here! If you
are unsure, please contact us!)

Investigate! It is your responsibility to check on the credibility of the seller!

The safest way to prevent loss is to deal with the trusted E2S Vendors. Again,
if you buy from a member in the classified section, please take the necessary
steps to insure a good and successfull transaction.
