| I am a builder of a "honzilla" (zilla motor in a trx chassis) years ago and recently bought another 250R with a 425 PSI motor, wondering if there are others with these setups. I know of one other guy with the 425 motor. I have yet to ride it but plan to in the next few months. I am looking for reliability concerns and possibly info on the Saber setup. I will run nothing but Alky with my bikes. Any info would be appreciated. Brandon |

| I guess in what I understand, the 425 should be around 90hp on alky. I think the saber is a little over 100 on alky. Kinda wondering if the new motor would be worth it. I am also running stock stroke so I could get over 500 with some stroke added but I am sure reliability will suffer. |

| yea probably if the 425 isnt set up for a stroker. what surface and how long is your drag track?

| peak hp isnt eveything... have yo u dynoed your bike or are yo u going on wha t you were told it should make ?regardless i can asure you a sabertooth will make more power than your psi engine i n about every stage of the powerband also a sabertooth is proven to be a reliable option

I will likely use it for everything and the power is purely bragging rights. Flattrack should be perfect with this motor, duning will be some easy riding, but sand drags will get me. I may need to add spray to get there but not a fan of it. I will have to check port timing and port time area and see if I can sneak a stroker in there. Brandon |

| im gonna have to agree with evil. saber's are at the top of the game right now. only thing out performing is really built up banshee's. i mean the sabers are known to run 4.0 and 3.9 in 300ft sand drags. that is top dog banshee times

I think the saber site needs some help. They sure do not put many specs out there. I would like to know how they are getting their displacement. We have a brake dyno but have not run this 425 bike. Just curious. I never hear anything about this motor. I would like get the old Honzilla up against a Saber. That bike pulled right at 100HP but I would not say it is reliable. Brandon |

| the saber's are a 496cc and they pull any where from 100 to 110 hp
