| I want to know how much I can have milled off of my cylinder head for my performance with out having to run race gas. I have a raceway gas station near by that sells 93 octane and I think shell sells v power 94 octane. That I the best gas I am going to be running. Can anybody tell me how much I should take off. I want more compression and power. Also is this good for power in general or just top end. I really need to know how much to take off by tonight or else I can not get this done for free. I have a friend boring the cylinder out for me and he said he could mill the head but he needs to know how much to take off.

| oh sorry. It is a 1994 yamaha blaster. By the way how hard is it to put a kx250engine in the quad racer chasis.

| Did you buy the blaster used? Keep in mind that the head could have been altered in the past by a previous owner... You may want to check your clearance after assemby just to be sure its enough... And dont make any cuts to the head that will shrink the diameter of the chamber. You dont want it getting smaller than the bore... |

| The guy I bought this quad of off was a kid who did not know anything about the quad except how to start it. He blew the engine am I got it very cheap from him. He bought it off of the original owner down the road who was just another rich kid that knew nothing about bikes as far as I know. How do I check for clearance though.
