| I have low compression on my '02 Blaster's cylinder. Napa Machine shop said it was already at about .060 over but could be cleaned up by .070 The one thing that they mentioned is that it looks like who ever bored it out last did it offcentered. Has anyone ever heard of this? I dont know how you could screw that up but I guess its possible. I really dont want to spend $70 on a bore and $80 on a piston and have it blow. Any thoughts? |

| i would buy another cylinder. find a cheapy on ebay. nothing worse than taking the cheap way out just to have it take a shit. do it right, do it light. do it wrong, do it long. meaning if u dont do it correctly the first time you will be doing it again. i wonder how far it is off? obviously no much because u have been riding it. and what kind of piston do u get for 80$ ?? i would invest in a wiesco forged and nothing less |
