big burnout

yeah, im reposting but it will be in under the right topic now. this is me on my 2001 r6 in late 2003. i needed a new tire so i thought it would be a good idea to roast it untill it poped. it took longer that expected. when i was done the thermostat was up to 245. but no motor damage was done.

Hmmm i need a new tire lemme call up my buddy, see if he's got nothing to do as well, drive out to some deserted road, burn up the tire then load it in his truck and drive back home.

this was actualy in the city. 2 blocks away from my buddys house. i had to work 2 hours after this. swapped the new tire on (witch i was gonna do anyway) and rode to work. no big deal. i loved doing burnouts on that thing. and making it backfire at night. 3-4 foot blue flame coming out of the muffler looks sick.
