Default im i at falt???

I got a new tire put on at a local shop,When i got home i road the bike a little to see how the tire would do.got up the next morning to take it for a quick spin the tires flat!! so i take the tire back to the shop and have them fix it. it turns out that the tire moved on the rim and ripped the valve stem out,the rimlock was too small.
i have them put a new rim lock on and a new tube. of corse i have to pay for it.The tire is fine till today, i went riding and the tire moved AGAIN

so i need to know should i have to pay for a new tube or should they??

Im pissed at them for this happining 2 times!!!!!!!!!!
oh and keep in mind that these are $20 hevy duty tubes too.

how would i keep this from happining again?

seems to me they should have caught that problem before they put the tire on the first time. I think you should get your money back and take your bussiness somewhere else

well the bike is a 1994 yamaha yz 250. i know they tightened the rimlock down i watched them put it on. I just put new chain and sprokets and a barnnet dirt digger clutch in a hinson basket on it. would that have anything to do with it?

make sure that theres baby powder on the tube when they put it on the rim keeps it from slipping and is your spokes to tight and its ripping threw the rubber stuff on the inside of the rim

did they put enough air in it to start with? I know back when I had my cr125 I rode it with the back tire a litle low on air and it spun on the rim a little to where the valve stem was laying down against the rim almost, but it didnt cut the tube.

there might be several other reasons. what kind of tire is it? and is the rim where the bead rides at in good shape, its been awhile since I looked at a dirt bike wheel, but I think I remember theres like rough edges or ridges that help grip the tire bead. but i might be wrong on that?

it is a pirrelly or however you spell it. it is an excell rim the out side looks to be in good shape there isnt any knicks in the rim so i think the insides ok ill see about the baby powder.

one more thing the valve stem isent cutting the tube it has been completly ripped out

if they cant get something so simple right,, what would they do with a more complex problem? i say tell them you want your money back for both times or your going somewhere else where they got a clue... and even if they give you your money back,, go somewhere else...

maybe it was just the idiot who did it?

the shop down the road from me is pretty decent, but my friend witnessed one idiot there trying to mount a tire, and blew the thing up int he process, i saw the tire a few days later, it was a 6 ply holeshot, i have no idea how much air he put in it, but it must have been alot... all depends on the person, anything can be fucked up, as long as the person is dumb enough , anything is possible
