Yamaha bws'r no high rpm

Hi! i have a yamaha bws'r the engine run and start very fine but when i want to accelerate the engine don't want to go in high rpm i can just run about 15 mph.Anyone have idea what's the problem| Thank you!

It's not getting enough gas or something is wrong with the electrical system.
That's my guess.
