well... im not from so cal, and i have never seen this place in my life.... but based on the barbed wire, and the signe in the back ground that half reads "nev det". im guesing its the nevada setenchion center? some prisom out there... and judging on where you live... im going to say its near the dumont sand dune recreation area? cause sand mountain would be way too far for you to travel... haha...
