The only defect is the retarded people that crash them.

Thats like saying "I went out and bought a bicycle and when I tried to ride it I fell over and now I want to sue the company"

I say just let nature take its course with the stupid people!

Default Rhino and side by side accidents and ppl sueing......

well been seein commercials on the tv telling ppl to call if they were injured in a crash with a side by side. no offense to anyone theres been loss of lims and such but come on.

you cannot blame a manufacturer for you rolling sumthin over. okay its got the roll cage? yea cuz that even looks like it would do anything for you.....wtf, anyways, seriously quads dont have roll bars and ppl lose lims, cars have full enclosure and i bet ppl get alot more hurt......my opinion dont drive like a n idiot and u wont be paying for your dumbass ness.....i see ppl freakin racing and rolling and they dont get hurt..... its got seatbelts....tense up when u rollover....shouldnt ya brace yourself against floor so your not outside when it rolls over? never driven or ridden one but i just think this is as dumb as when ppl started sueing cuz theyre kids were getting hurt or killed on quads....250r situation all over again....wut ive heard ppl were sueing cuz kids couldnt handle the 250r....anyways yea, your guys input?

Seen it a few times at the dunes.. But I do witness many horrible drivers behind those UTVs!!
Mostly kids that don't know how to drive it and just hauling thru crowded areas.
Not only that, how about the loud sound systems in them? How can you keep an ear open when offroading? Just crazy!!
