if its a 3 needle carb the idle/air screw should be on the side of the carb and the fuel screw is right above the fuel line and if its a 3 needle carb there is a mixture screw on the top of the slide

Default what brand of car and mototr

what kind of car and it should be the one sticking up straight. it like a garden hose spigattet. if you loosen it it will allow more fuel which means richer. if you tighten it it will allow less fuel and more air which equals leaner.

well it looks like the high speed needle is in too far, usually the high speed 9 where the fuel enters) is turned out about 3 turns( dont screw in too tightly to begin adjustment)
low speed is adjusted so it is flush to start.
Then start adjusting the highspeed needle in 1/8 of a turn as your running the car, until the top end is set
Hope this helps
