 Hot Sauce i love hot sauce. its wonderfull. i have over 100 diffrent varieties. i have 5 shelves in my kitchen full, and the whole door of my frige full. some are hot, some are sweet, some mexican, some american, from mild to wild i enjoy a quality spice. anyone else share my lust for the burn?

| the thing i dont like about most resurants "buffalo" sauce is that its primary ingredent is vinegar. when you get too much vinegar it takes away form the tase of the food. most of the sauces i like most are the thicker, more raw tasting ones with lots of garlic, onion, and carrots. my buddy just got me one for my birthday that came in a wooden coffin, 300,000+ scoville units. hot damn. to give you an estimte, a peperocini is 100-500, jalapeno 2,400-10,000, and habeneros are 80,000-300,000+
