I don't know if they're open for riding... but we went to Arkansas for a Range Rover / Land Rover off-road trip a few years back... on the way to the off-road park there was lots of sandly dune looking areas in the north western part of the state. There's got to be some dune areas in florida though... hell... go to the beach or something!
