i have ridden my friends yfz450 alot... all the time... all different terrain... its very nice machine, my favorite 4 stroke ever. the raptor 700 is nice but too top heavy still, and u feel like ur sittin on the gast tank lot of touruq tho, but runs outa power..i duno , but yea the yfz450 is real nice i ike it .... but... i duno why it wasnt on your list... i say banshee, hahaha,, honestly tho, how could anyone NOT love the banshee?? im 230pounds and im neck and neck with piped 450's on a stock banshee with a K&n which did nothing hahahah its fuckin hilarious, get a banshee... and oh yea,, the honda trx450 is a joke... im not lying, you will be disapointed its a fuckin dog. out of the 2, if i was forced at gun point to get a 4 stroke, id take the yfz in a second

all depends on what you like. if theres an r for sale near u get it, it will be a helluva lot cheaper than a 450

i prefer the yfz450 power over the 450r,to me neither handle like a good old 250r though or as light ...those things(r's) when modifed really move and they cut a corner really nice.low center of gravity makes the 250r handle like there on rails without that tippy feeling and with a good port and pipe they accelerate just as fast as the new 4 strokes . If you not obsessed with kicking everyones ass i n a straight line then get a honda 250R and mod it ,if yo uare obsessed get a banshee and mod it but the handeling kinda sucks in stock form on shes .
