HELP! need high power paint stripper!

well... i got drunk onenight, the spray paint came out... the plastics came off the quad.. and well u know the rest, me and a friend decided to spray paint some plastics, i duno why the fuck i did it, its a 2003 hahahah, well needless to say its all chippin and shit now and looks like hell, i dumped like a whole gallon of paint thinner on it wont come off, i want it back to the shiny black, all black, i went as far as too pain over the paint job with black, but that black looks like shit too, hahah, i just want it back to bare plastic, PLEASE HELP, what do i get?!?!
