I have run from the cops 2 times in my decently modded must gt 88 one time i got a way the other time i got caught. the first time i ran a red light and the cop was right there. i dropped it in 3rd and hauled ass i have to say i did piss on the cop easy but i lost control and hit a turn to fast and skidded into the grass in the turn almost hitting a tree. so as i was backing out the cop caught up to me and told me to give him the keys and that i just caused motorist suicide. he reemed me out good and gave me a mess of tickets. i lied and told him i didnt see him. he was cool though he could have arrested me and impounded the car and got me for evading. The second time it i was late for work and i was going about 80 and a cop was coming the other direction ..as i passed him he turned around so i just punched it i had a real good leed on him so i was pretty sure i could loose him. i flew up a couple streets and pulled into where i work. i parked behind a big box truck to hide and jumped out. a few seconds later i seen the cop fly by hauling ass. I was scared he was going to get me because the drive way to where i work was long and dirt/gravel. there was some dust kicked up. I surprised the cop didnt notice it. Mustangs are great and all put they cant out run a radio or a cop in turns unless they are build for it. I stick to running on a street bike or dirtbike/quad

i did this in NJ i try not to get into any more trouble. i have made the paper a mess of times in nj. i had a 3 county police chase on my zx9r and went threw a road block and they didn't catch me..LOL I was shitting my pants. i was going so dam fast i looked up from the wind screen and my visor flew up and a contact lens flew out of my eye during the chase..it was bad it was a 30 min chase because i got lost. i hide for a bit then came out of hiding and they starting chasing me again. so i decided to go all out and go as fast as i could and dust them, make a mess of turns off and go as fast as i could so they couldn't tail me. then i left the bike at a dead end and ran into the woods called a friend and waiting till he came. then i went home got the pickup and a tarp and came back. luckly the bike was still there..LOL I still have one of the news paper clips from my first chase that i crashed i will post it on here. i got 16 tickets i think 2 were crimminal the others were speeding and running muiltble lights and stop signs i had the whole monroe twp police station chasing me.. they had trucks,patrol cars under covers and even a ebulance follow after me. I guess they knew i was going to crash. I was on my first bike a zx6r. I hit railroad tracks at over a 100mp and jumped them..LOL then crashed in a turn and out ran the cops threw the woods.

they say in the paper they gave the chase up due to high rate of speed..(how the hell did they see me run all the lights and stops signs if they gave up the chase like they said) that was bull shit they chased me all around over a hundred mph . they lied so bad. to see this news clip you can save it then open it up in your computer to make it readable. i cut it out on the second picture to try to make it more better to see. And im pretty sure i got 18 tickets not 16. you can't believe anything you read in the paper..LOL

I bet you guys get thrown in a cell for a few nights for being idiots would change your tough guy tunes.... let alone the the lost wages, etc.

A couple of you have PM'd me asking why I closed it, what rules/etc. I used to base my decision on.

Common sense.

What if you get a case opened up or reopened because you felt the need to brag about it here on the net? You think cops don't read the sites? Guess again.

As I told another member...

Cops don't care if you get drunk, screw your neighbors beagle then paint your toe nails pink and purple.

However,

Brag about running from them, fleeing and eluding them...and they take that personal.

I've moved this to off topic. If another mod wants to open it...fine so be it.

I've always liked the open nature of this site, and letting it's members speak their mind. But the line in my mind is drawn at not only blatantly breaking the law, but bragging about it to boot.

If any of you can tell me how this adds value, attracts new members or makes this site a better place...I'm still all ears.
