i have 3 friendds with chevies 1500, one with a 2002 , under 80k miles on it, rear end and tranndy went, another with a 2000, his tranny went at 100k. and another with like 1995 or some shit, carberated, v6, and the thing was a heap of shit... but then i have another one with a 1998 and the thing has 250k+ on it, and it runs great.. never any big problems,, ill still stick with ford though, ive never had a problem ever with my f150, its got 90k on it almost, knock on wood
