ok guys...i found out the name of the movie finally...i went onto a few different movie forums and on yahoo and everything else....and the name of the movie is

REMOTE...it was made in 1993 and is only available on VHS....well i found it on Ebay and bought it...for $3.99 shipped to my house...haha...it was a buy it now for 0.99 ....im so damn happy that i finally found it....

Yeah the name of the movie is remote. I remember that movie, the little guy that shot rope out and yodeled was awesome!! They also had helicopters and planes they used to defeat the robbers. But the little guy that yodeled was kick ass!!!

... I knew 2-stroke exhaust had to have some kind of side effects.. make sure if your tuning in a garage to open the door or get some proper venting from now on..? Don't need to start talking about some rainbow colored monkey jumping out of your toolbox and running off with your best ratchet..

I was just attacked by a monster living in the bathtub drain... but hey the blaster runs!!..guess I should have followed that guiys advice ^^^^^^^.... hahaha

Are you sure it wasn't a show like the twilight zone? I think i remember seeing a twilight zone that matches your description.
