Movie Title Help!!!!

hey guys....i am trying to remember the titel of this movie i saw a while back...here is what i remember from it....well it was in color, it was these 3 or 4 robbers who were breaking into this new house that wasnt lived in for some reason....but at the same time there was 2 or 3 kids that would go into the house as well and play with there toys or something in the attic....one of the toys i specifically remember is one that would shut like a rope into a wall and looked like a yodler....and when it would go across the rope it would yodel....i have not the slightest on what the name is and im trying to win a bet with a friend...lol...just let me know if you no what it is and can figure it out...thanks

damn no one can help me with this....more about the movie....this kid uses this like big remote to control everything like the yodeling doll, toy helicopters and such....also two more scenes i remembered from the movie are when the kid uses the yodeling doll that has like this arrow that shoots into the wall and like glides down thru the vent and steels a steak off the table that these guys that were in the house were going to eat....

another scene is when these robbes or whutever they are break into the house...one of them is saying that there is alarm sensors in the carpet so they cant walk directly on it....so they throw down packs of ciggarettes and walk on those on the carpet....

someon has got to no what this is...anyone..lol

yea i no...but this movie does exist....i spoke to a couple of friends of mine from NJ and they no what im talking about and even no the scenes and told me a few...but cant think of the name either....
