Deep fried Turkey

Who has done a deep fried turkey? who has done it and what do you guys like better, baked or fried?

FRIED all the way baby, stuff the inside with bannanas, walnuts and bacon, then stitch it up and it makes the best flavor on the planet...

fried is ver ygood it keeps the moisture locked in but since i have found a new way ot roast a turkey i prefer it i nthe oven ,the secret is to put a rub of garlic paprkia salt sage and poultry seasong al lmixed in with olive oil ,coat the bird the night bfore put it on thick then heat the oven really hot and bake as normal for half hour or so this makes the skin crusty with the rub then you take and fli p the turkey upside down and bake for the other 4-5 hours so the breast meat actualy cooks bastes in its own juices and not exposed ...theres not really any good meat on the underside IMHO so it works really good this way and keeps the good yummy white meat buttery and from drying up too

I prefer it deep fried, tried it once & never go back.. Simply delicious!
