I want to drag race my quad, but if I have it drag ported then I wont have a quad to trail ride. Would I be committing treason if I get a 4 stroke just for in the woods?

if you need a cheap four stroke, look for a nice used 400ex or if you wanna spend a little more, look into a yamaha or honda 450

i tried that I sure thought that electric start would be nice so I bought a 400ex. I rode it like 6 times and it had to go ! LOL u can get another cheap 2 stroke. then port the hell outa what u have now..

yea, I personaly had the same thing happen. I bought my raptor 660 thinking that "oh wow this think will be just what I wanted for trails" and now I've decided different. I'm selling the raptor and buying another quadracer or a 250r when spring comes around. so there ya have it

i would get a z400, they make more power than a 400ex, there water cooled, and they have reverse, i wouldnt get a 450 for trails since there kinda like an R, there made for racing nor trails
