Hey guys, I'm from AZ and out here we have some of the worst DUI laws in the country. I got popped for one while i unknowingly had a suspended license and they hit me with an aggravated DUI. I fought it because I didn't know I had a suspended license. i ended up sliding into a tree in the rain in the middle of no ware and a punk kid that was drinking himself identified me as the driver because he was out there at 2 in the mourning drinking him self. Well anyway he came to court and snitched me out. I spent 6 months in state prison because this kid was a little shit and wanted to see me go down for some reason. I didn't even know the kid. When I got out I remembered his name and checked the AZ public court records. This little shit did the same thing as me and is going to jail for a little while. All I can say is Karma is a bitch.

That sucks, 6 months??? Might not sound right but Id be glad that it came back to him!
They say you get what you deserve right?

I used to visit Arizona often, have friends out in Glendale, Meza, Tucson..
Can't believe some of the laws, had sign a log with my info prooving I purchased the alcahol.
Don't get it, I did get a receipt with my info or did I simply sign my life away?
Who the hell knows.. I sure didn't, I was liquored!!

Yes they said that I had prior speeding and drag racing tickets so they gave me a messes up amount of time. Minimum is 4 months but they added an extra 2 to "teach me a lesson". AZ is a bitch for DUI's. Not good. Anyway thanks for the reply.
