| aww comeon yous guys.....dont mess this thread up lol. I doubt if I could ever sell my 250r now. I know several times awhile back I was getting pissed off with my R cause shit kept breaking and messing up and I just thought about trading it for a 450. but now I got alot of the bugs worked out, got alot of the problems with stuff breaking fixed, and it just flat out runs perfect for me and im just so comfortable on it in the woods that its just the perfect bike for me and I would be sick if I had to get rid of it. but I still would like to own maybe a yfz for a side bike to ride sometimes. I think the 450s are very fun to ride, everybody says they're slow but I think they got tons of power for what I'd be using it for. only problem for me would be getting it to ride similar to my 250r, cause I have yet to ride any quad, 2 or 4 stroke, that feels like my R.

| i still think the lt250r with a 500 ssuzuki single in it would be sick, i dont care what everyone says, that would kick ass, i would take that over a gay 450 any day, everyone has those, they do lack character absolutely no character at all, I dont know much about quad mx, i just like the zilla, i figured i would be laughed at when i mentioned it, but hell I think that puttin a zilla engine in a 250r would be nasty, thats what i would do.

| Here's the way I see it. By the way, that video was hilarious lol. My buddy bought a 450 just after i bought my banshee. he spent over 8 grand. Then his brother got one also...same price. My banshee was 2800 and i traded my 2 blasters for 1300. So I added on around 1500 onto my car loan. So 1500...i've got a grand into it now with a rebuild and replacing a few parts here and there and a few additives.....so 2500. For a piped banshee i have afeeling it should do pretty good against the ltr...he's jsut got a cherry bomb. They can clame how ever much hp they want...till isee the dyno i don't care. Im not gonna say how much horse mine has either cause i honestly dont know. I'de like to say around 40-45 but i dont know. Now, i allready owned z400s, 400exs, a 125 dirt bike lol, along with a mx 450r and a piped yfz. I'm happy with that...and I want to drag a ltr. But here's the fun part...its all rider skill my friends. When i did my first harescramble race i was one of 3 2 strokes....a blaster and a lt250r was out there too. ppl were affraid of me when i started the motor on the banshee...and boy did i get nothing but good looks and "i want i want" stares when i rode it lol. it was a head turner...and the rest of the quads were just kindof a blurr...i was running 13th out of 32 until i crashed on the last lap and took 19th. but i'm ok with that...there's always this season to do better. But during this race, i passed everything, and everything passed me. it was all rider skill. A, B, and C classes were running at the same time...the winner was on a yfz, and he lapped everybody, in all 3 classes. I blew away a kfx, a ltr, a can am renegade 800 lol, a ton of yfzs, 450rs, 400s, everything. and alot of ppl passed me. its all in how you ride. i thought it was funny that i could play with ppl passing me on the banshee when i was riding slow (i was tired andmy arms were cramped) when someone would try to pass i'de let them get half way around then nail the gas and get back ahead of them...it would go on for a few turns then i'de let them go lol. My banshee jumps fine, corners great, pulls hard, and could stop on a dime. its a fine ride and i only know of 4 others in the area that i live in. people dont mess with me and my buddy cause they know whats up lol....not many quads can burn the tires through a few gears on the dry pavement, while the front end is in the air. my buddy's shee can, and once i get some porting, mine will lol. but get this...so my buddy's got 8 grand tied up into a machine, that if it breaks, will cost atleast a grand to fix (trust me, i takl to the guys at the stealerships, they aint cheap, at all.) where as i've got 2500....after porting, new air box, diff stator, nology coils....i'll have around 3500 into it....and blowing him, and my other 450 buddy's out of the water, track or trail. hill or flat. it won't matter. I can outride alot of ppl, and a fast machine helps. Shit my 4mil stroker ported blaster could hold with 450s lol...they aren't much. just expesive. Ohh one more thing...you know why there's so many of those hyper rims on ebay? cause they're fuckin heavy. talk about a waste of money. I'm gonna get motorsport alloy's rims....they are tight looking....and that sweat pea will really turn some heads....probably more than a 450 that you see everywhere. If i were you, i'de put the cash into the r. you won't regret it...and easily be beating a ltr. get the right stuff and it can be done, track or trail. But then again its your money your r do as you please. eventually i'm goinng to get a 4 stroke...mabye for riding trails or even racing. i'm not ditching the banshee though. that will be my primary race quad. I'de like to pick up an old r and trick it out...hell even race it. But its what you want to do. Personally, I wouldn't lol. Im watching the show Wife Swap on abc, and htey had a chain saw with an expansion chamber on it....a big one...looked like a drag pipe that woulda gone on my blaster. Now do 4 strokes have sweet things like drag pipes for them? ??? no...they don't look very threatening at all. just my $0.02
