YES i have the other head,.its a 1969 "high perf"(high-performance) 396 ratt motor.375hp stock.
found out it has 427 big valve heads with triple springs,oval port close chambers,itss 30 over with 10:5:1 wedge cut pistons,
steel crank,idk bout the cam,


going to go through it and clean it and were putting THE BIGGEST cam we can go,milling the heads etc,,,porting everything and polishing:]
tunnel ram,dual carbs,
roller rockers,gear drive,putting 12:5:1 wedge cut dome pistoms in it,
ill have pics when done too.

i got this motor for 225$ at pick a part,and the inside is brand new.will have pics when its in the '86 slammed c-10.

Eh- how could the inside look like new with the intake manifold being off so long???

we cleane dit out and got new bearings wetc.

picked up some stainless steel 1.7 roller rockers for 100$.

dynoed i think it wa 578hp rounded at d.a cams and crank rewbuilding co. mohave valley,az,and 585 lb tourque.

still got a lot of work to do,have to put osme torsion bars under the truck,as the motor does nothing but rock like hell when idling,

and we have to solid mount it,

as it sits right now,with the huge cam in the motor,we think its gonna bend some shit up,and its gonna just rock the hell out of the truck.
