| Are you a senior? At 17 years of age you should be a senior or junior. I am wondering because that paper is less then spectacular. in 85 Suzuki released the lt250R, the first race inspired Quad. Also, one very important thing is that 2 strokes have twice the power as an equally sized 4 stroke because they have 2 combustion revolutions to a 4 cycles 1. So, not only does a 2 stroke weigh less, but it does twice the work of a 4 stroke. On a side note, a wankle rotary engine might be the most efficient engine used today.

saul , i thought it was alright ,but id also include the history of the 2 stroke engine i n its infancy, which was in the very first production car and made in america by two brothers and they were also the very first car manufacturer ,what i mean to say is i think yo u may want to center the focus of the project more towards al l 2 strokes instead of just the banshee ,this will get your point across a little smoother IMO ,

| Just about all of that paper that i wrote i learned from on here or on a link on this website....pretty cool huh? we wrote one paragraph in like a 45 minute time period and i'd have it done in 10 minutes and then i'd go goof off and walk the halls on my friends crtuches.... What about 3 stroke eingines?i've heard of htem once and I can't figure out how they work lol...it blew my mind one night trying to figure it out...

| the wankel engine is actually pretty simple ,it wil lrev twice as a fast a 2 stroke ,oh and theres NO piston! its very good at reving within its range ,but terribly hard to maintain because of its design parameters

| A naturally asparated wankle rotary engine is very reliable. It will last as long if it is not beaten or improperly maintaned. The RX-7 turbo and before that the Cosmo gave the wankle a very bad name in thier poor reliability. With the Turbo heating the engine higher then the apex seal would allow, and cause them to wear very quickly. Mazda has made many advances on the oil injection of there design, and are working on a supercharging system to get more power out of the engine. The inlet port and exhuast port were moved to the side casing of the housing to reduce apex seal wear, and increase longevity. Info on the Rotary engine Also, I just want to clearify that I was not implying that this was the BEST engine at anything, other then being relativly efficient. with only 3 moving parts, and no loss of energy in taking linear motion and turning it into rotating motion.
