Washington's Juniper Dunes opening back up

I heard from a guy over in Kennewick that Juniper is going to reopen back up! Has anyone heard of this? I did a search and found this ad on MSN about redoing the road, but nothing else.

i know old topic, but i have heard of people going there over the last year or so. different road in i hear tho.
