Yup Andy's Banshee! Actually he leaves tomorrow so he will be at the strip! I'll be there Sunday.
We don't let anyone roll solo anywhere, but it's his weekend off & wants to run his shee out there & it has to be Saturday!
It just sucks being stuck & not having help! Last time there my shee broke and the group never looked back.
A Rhino hauled me out & back to camp. Friends with beers & burgers in hand said, "We were just about to look for you.. it's dark already."

we did the same thing to balla once... his first tiem to SL with us his flywheel came apart... it was the end of the day adn we were all packed up.. a DNR rolls up and says "you guy missing somebody? a heavy set guy on a black banshee? he's stuck up before the last hill you have 2 options.. leave teh bike here til tommorow and we'l tow it or get a 4x4 truck up there and go get him...." we though damn hard about leavin... haha j/k... but balla was laying down on teh sand he thoguth he was gonna have to sleep in the dunes hahah

After hitting the snooze 5 times, fueling & Starbucks.. We hit the fwy 5am..
Man it was windy out there yesterday but it was nice. Spent the whole day there, packed up and jammed 6pm.
We first decide to take a cruise down the beach then hit the dunes. I had a small prob with the Blaster.
So I'm top of a small dune tinkering with the Blaster & I hear some motors buzzing around.. I'm not looking but I hear it getting closer.
Finally it gets louder and louder & notice a nice red/black shee hauling out my way..
I thought hmmm... maybe it's one of our members lol.. Then I recognized the Banshee & it was Kevin1x.
Then I see the black/blue Shee coming from a diff angle jumping over a small hill, it was Kevin1x's & Showtime's pops! [He rides good yo!!! ha ha!!!]
So we headed back to the truck for a couple of Corona's @ 11:30am Couldn't get the Blaster running good though
That's when I decided to hit the drags on my own, got a couple passes down the strip & found out my wrist is not fully healed yet.
Bummer... on top of that I showed up to the drags on a flat, then the bill ripped off my helmet.. [Perfect excuse to buy a new one!]
I'm pretty sure I need a billet wrist now lol.. Minutes later I run into limping Showtime, minutes later he's racing on a broken foot lol!
It was cool meeting the Banshee Family, all nice people & nice friggin shee's too!
Took the cam & snapped a few pix, prob download tonight & post what I have, not much though...
Oh... since my chik didn't have a choice I threw her on my Shee. 10 min later she's ripping around 2nd & 3rd gear.
Loved it way better over the Blaster so now she wants a Banshee. Let's hope she keeps wanting it so I can build her something
