Man, now you got me thinking, i am going to be taking the motor apart this weekend for the duneable overide and i planned on just re-ringing the pistons i have, now i dunno what to do. The dam thing runs great with them though...grrrr......dam u denny.

The watercraft and snowmobile industry have been using them forever so they are proven. And truth be known a properly set-up and maintained cast piston will far outlive a forged one.

Ive rebuilt a number of the Kawi 550 standups. Ive used the wsm's in them. Never had any problems. Just make sure all your clearances are within spec.
