Default did you see polaris makes a 800cc 4x4 now

check out new liarwheels and theres an article in there about polarises new flagship 4x4. it weighs over 800 pounds and they say it IS possible to coax a wheely on it with some body english and a heavy thumb, ha ha its good to know it only takes an 800cc twin to coax awheely what a pile of sh%*. i cant think of any polaris that was even slightly fun or didnt feel like my craftsman riding mower
and weigh a billion pounds.oh ya and its over 8000 dollars ,im sure the salesman will tell you its faster than a scalded cat, but i guarentee a kx60cc dirtbike
could pull wheelys past it.i was looking at new shes and salesman came over to me and said you dont want that if you want to rip buy a 700 vforce itll kill ashe
i said it better its litterly twice the motor, and we all know the stock she will still make that slugforce look like a girls bike.i love it when they cal lused sales guys preowned specialists they should call them whaleshit

The Polaris Scrambler 400 didn't feel like a lawn mower, my buddy had one and that thing was fast, fast and easy to ride wich made it even faster, and it had 4 wheel drive. That thing couldn't be beat on hill climbs and trail rides.

My best friend had a 2000 scrambler 400 2x4 with a fmf pipe, v force reeds, oversized carb, intake, head shaved, clutch kit, and jetted and geared. and it was kinda a slug. He would get beat until upper midrange and then start comming back on a bone stock 400ex going down the road, he would go by it on top but it took a little while to get up there. now im a big 2 stroke fan so if I was gunna favor one quad I would definately favor the 2 stroke but unfortunately that is how it ran. (he has a banshee now)

i rode with a guy that had built400 polariswith portingand pipe vforce head cut that was getting whipped on by a stock 400ex also ,its just to damn heavy to accelerate ,theyre built like atractor more than a
quad, but i will say that theres a engine builder 40 miles south of me that makes scramblers rip, noonee will probably believe me but iv seen HIGHLY modifed scramblers beat a few banshees and quadzillas, and klx650 dirtbike in 400 yard dash on dirt, he said it was dynoed at 76 horsepower ,the thing was built to the gills, but it was still ugly and heavy ,i wish i had pic of it it was areal sleeper. :o

Another quad the banshee can put a whoopin on. I seen a trail blazer at the dunes and this guy had pipe and other stuff. He was goin at a good pace. One time I rode with a stock trail blazer at SL. HE had it pinned and he had skat trak haulers and it took him 3 trys till he finnaly got up on test hill.

Hey guys, you gotta pick your poison, I rode the thing and I don't do quads, but I could go fast easy on the thing and climb the shit out of hills. No stopping it there. Of course it is going to be beat up by a banshee on a MX course or drag race. But in tight woods forget it. It can't be stalled and all you have to do is steer and gun it.

As far as 4x4 quads go, I'll take an Arctic Cat or a Honda over polaris anyday. I've been known to be brand loyal though, Sleds also, I've never much liked polaris, always been an Arctic cat fan. These things are just getting rediculously big, more for like a skidder than a four wheeler.

I still prefer the grizzly 660, its a tank. I rode many bigger quads and I just like the grizzly better. Can't be beat..good job again Yamaha!
My friend woudln't even line up to my blaster with his older trailboss 250....on demand 4wd and all that junk, i asked him to drag, he just said yeah right...

I just wanna tell yall that I raced a grizzly 660 with a blaster with a semi-bad motor and all stock and we were neck and neck till I got about 3rd or 4th then I started pulling out in front and he was topped out and I still had some gear left at the end. This is of very little importance but I just wanted to tell it...

that extra 465ccs just couldnt keep up with a sick blaster? thats pathetic .
i guess a liquid cooled 5 valve overhead cam 660cc four stroke with fan assist isnt even equal to 195cc sick blaster with an engine design from early 70s dt dirtbike you gotta love that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :p
