you can do, pipe/silencer, mill the head, air filter, bigger carb, oil block off, pro-lite piston, different clutch springs, port & polish, lightened fly wheel, advanced the timing some, I hear theres even a big bore kit for polaris quads now, the quad is good for what it is and fun to ride but you won't get a whole lot of power out of it (compaired to most race quads) but if you just trail ride and play around you won't need half the mods I listed to have a blast with it, hell their pepy little quads stock to be an automatic

Just remember to go with the whole clutch kit not just the spring. If you do it will wheelie like a regular quad and it back shifts a ton better too.

if you go for the block off use amsoil dominator at 50:1 ratio. you'll be impressed. oh yeah i know how to do teh block off on a polaris if you wanna knwo teh secret lemme know

I tried amsoil dominator in my bike and it smells ok but smell dosent work when i fouled 4 plugs in about 20 minutes. I mixed 32:1 like i do with maxima and i fouled twice.. Dumped the gas out of the tank and mixed 50:1 and fouled another plug. I really risked it mixing 75:1 and it started running quite a bit hotter. I think ill stick to maxima . Ill try the dominator in my john deere snowmobile and see if it works. The thing i like about dominator is that i dont have to drive 20 miles to get it, i can just drive to the gas station lol

havent changed a top end in a year and usually i do them every 6 months...
