| hi everyone i was just wondering if anybody had any info on how good of a quad the 1992 2wd polaris 350 trailblazer? wat are its most common problems? |

| yeah i looked on the cylinder head and it got 350 cast into it and its liquid cooled ill post some pics |

| yea that was the predecessor to the 400's they share a lot of parts the crank & counterbalance the cases are different wont interchange but have the same bolt pattern anyway the main problems with them was the factory piston cracked & destroyed cases use a wiseco piston !!! if you have a stock one change it before it destroys your motor the other problems were the water pump is inside the counterbalance gear case it has a weep hole but usually clogged up & put coolant in the counterbalance area which trashes a 400$ counterbalance shaft & couple 100$ worth of bearings & gears on the pull start side on the front of the motor their is a fill plug make sure it full & not a milkshake of coolant and oil if you want to change it their is a drain plug on the bottom the 400's had a dip stick on the back side to check them but I've never seen a 350 with one but you might check Last edited by gh500; 08-09-2007 at 07:17 PM. |

| yeah can they be bored out or do they have a nicasil cylinder? because we got theis quad in a trade and i dont know if they rebuilt it or not but it starts on the first pull thanx for the info |
