I dont think its my premix ratio, I run the same ratio in my banshee and it has no problems, I am still convinced it is the coil, cause it did the same thing even worse when the battery died on it.

a rich pilot doesnt usually foul a plug just makes off idle response adn starts harder , you arent burning the fue l off effeciently so obviously hat is a good starting point to get an idea , lets get some more inf othough ...what oil ratio and premix are you using ? what fuel ? wha t exact carb model is on it and what jetting ,is it ported ? does it have good strong spark ?

Somewhere between 24:1 and 32:1, im using yamalube and premium gas, im using a 35mm carb, i dont know the exact model untill i look at it, its not ported yet, the spark seems ok but it might not be strong i need to test it.

I think the ratio i run is okay, runs great in my banshee and my friends dirtbikes. it runs perfect through my quad and it burns all the oil, it only fouls on cold starts, and it doesnt completely foul, as soon as the engine revs the plug clears no problem, thats what had me thinking the spark is too weak for the engine. if the spark was a little hotter it would not foul at start.

Even with oil at 20:1 if properly jetted will run fine. We run em leaner not really to squeeze out any extra power, its cause oil is so damn expensive and that much oil is not needed

Have you gone over to gen3usa like I told you? The whole website is dedicated the gen 3 polaris models. Hint hint... you have a gen 3 model. They have forgotten more about your machine then most people will ever know.
