I'm actually working for a turbo manufacturer now and were in the final stages of our RZR kit. We went to the dunes last week for some testing with it and it was a success. We should have a long travel kit for it soon and some paddles cause it needs it big time in the sand. We shot some video of it hill shooting a small 30ft dune with no paddles that we probably will put up on youtube. The sand is soft and the RZR will nearly bury its self instantly, it would be cake with paddles but without them it just churns all fours like crazy. It feels exactly like driving a four wheel drive truck on snow WOT.

A lot of the kits out there have a ton of BS parts on them, we have multiple pictures of all the RZR's above and some of the crap they will sell is amazing. Like the first one has an intercooler the size of a car on it but only about a 1/4 portion of it is exposed to moving air, not to mention nearly every other intercooler mistake they made. Most people dont know the difference though. They advertise ductile iron housings, and thats the cheapest s*it you can use for a turbine housing.

I hate that video of the burn out cause it is about as misleading as you can get, the only reason that thing breaks the tires loose is cause he whips it around on that slick pavement. Most of the videos I have seen are similar to that, just stupid stuff.

I will have to get some stuff up for you guys to look at this week. I will probably be doing an 800 2stroke Artic Cat sled next with a air to water intercooler.

oh yes please do show! 14.7 psi rules! i ran a misubishi te04 blowing through my 48ida webers and made some serious hp on my little 2.0 aircooled vw. amazing what forced induction can do. i dont have any experience with a 2stroke. do they produce a turbo small enough for a 250cc that will boost at a reasonable rpm?

Here is a little video put together from the dunes last week. Hopefully within the next 3 weeks we have full production tubing and exhaust on it. I can't say for sure who but most likely we will have one of the best exhaust builders for the RZR doing the exhaust for our turbo RZR. We also hope to have a arsfx longtravel kit on the RZR as we will be sponsoring their race machine. Today a deal was struck to have EPI tune the CVT in house ASAP as well. By the end of summer it should be one badass machine.

HOW much psi are u running on there? if there is zero lag is must only be 5-8 lbs.is it cast or forged piston? full synthitic oil? have u put it on the dyno?fuel infected or carburated? stock carb? or larger injectors? blow of valve? any pics of the set up? i had a huge cam in my vw .500 lift and 296duration when u hit 2500 rpm it would keep pulling up to 7000. thats fun shit

We are running 8psi now, plans are to push to 12 with race fuel. It doesn't matter how much boost your running for lag. This isn't an old school POS turbo, its a Variable Vane turbo and it doesn't not run a flooded journal bearing with high viscous drag. Lag will always be essentially 0 with an Aerocharger turbo.

As far as the RZR the motor is completely stock, they are FI stock. We will not be building any carb kits since they are an item of the past only. No dyno time yet, I would guess around 60+ at the rear wheels depending on the dyno at 8psi. We expect around 80 at 12psi.
