polaris trail boss 350

I'm looking for a bearing carrier for a 93 polaris trail boss 350 2x4. If any one knows a good atv salvage yards plz post. I'm keeping an eye on ebay but i haven't seen very many parts on there.

well if your looking for the whole swingarm deal i think you can use some type of the scrambler swingarm. iv got one of the trailboss 350 4X4 and it cracked the swingarm and i think we had gotten a scrambler swingarm from a salvage place.

Well to put it short i know nothing about polaris. Im looking at picking one up for $100. I know it needs a bearing carrier, and parts for reasonably. I haven't had a chance to see how bad the damage is on the carrier yet. The guy i'm buying it from had the idea to have someone weld it back together, but he didn't know anyone that could weld aluminum. Hopefully i can have it fix'ed for cheap.

Could i get some feedback on: if this quad even worth messing with for that cheap? Its going to mainly be for friends to mess around on when it snows.

I looked up some info for the quad on kbb.com and saw that it was a 2stroke. I couldn't tell it was a 2stroke from lookin at the pipe. It looked just like a 4stroke header... I have also quickly noticed that the bigger atv parts websites don't sell cr@p for this quad..

i ported a 350L engine polaris before ,eve n with as big and ugly as they are ,they can be made to move .you gotta lose the airbox assembly and drill out the silencer so the dam n thing ca n breathe too ,it should have no trouble making the kind of power the new bigger bores do. thsi one i didi would break the tires loose on pavement when the clutch kicked in lol

yea the one that iv got had been bored out .20 over and its had different clutch springs and weights put in it but no airbox mods no exhaust mods and no porting and it can break the tires loose on blacktop too. for a 350 they have a good amount of torque.

Thats cool, I really don't think i'm going to do any mods on the quad.

Well, I got my motor back for my lt, so i'm going to put this pos on the backburner for a while.

yeah i know this is an old thread but my dad has a 92 350l 4x4 and he wants to try and make it a little quicker. I have a blaster and my brother has a 400ex and we leave him sitin alot! He doesn't expect a miracle, but any help would be great to give the old man an extra gettie up! lol
