Well the way i see it is people dont understand the intentions other people have for quads.... Its kinda like someone saying "should i get a chevy Aveo?" and somebody else will say "just spend a few more bucks and get a Corvette".. The same thing goes for blaster and banshee's, nobody knows if this guys going to ride 2hrs a year or 100hrs a year... hell if riding isnt the world to him like most of us, then a blaster is great for that, you can pick them up dirt cheap and they require 1000x less maintenance than a banshee and they are easy to ride for anyone... face it, everyone dont like to go fast, some people just like to joy ride periodicaly

Oya, and im not saying he cant handle a banshee, anyone can with a lil practice.. but he just needs to ask him self what a quad is worth to him

Blasters arent bad quads, personally I find it to be to small for me. I am 6'3".

Welllll i just got an 06 blaster but hell im only 14 n 5'5 at about 165......for me its too slow.....anything under 120 is too slow in my opinion but i love my blaster....it isnt too bad ....especially when u get it free n aint gotta make the payments....they r light n with a few mods run alright.....not as good as a Shee but they r alright

Yea man your too big for a Blaster. Trick it out and you could make it accomadate you, but it would be cheaper to buy a bigger quad. I'm 6' 175 lbs and I'm way too big. You could have fun on one if you found a deal though. But if your searching for a quad, keep searching.

Im 5'7 170 and its almost too small for me, I already have bar risers and taller bars on mine, my next upgrade is gonna be a 2" or so extended swing arm or have mine extended, you are way too big already and you are just gonna get bigger bro..........BTW mine is definately NOT slow.

Sounds like somebody didn't know how to spend 4g's. Put a quarter of that money into a blaster engine and it will smoke the b'jaysus out of a stock or piped Banshee. Obviously they don't have the same ultimate potential as a Banshee if all you're interested in is a straight line... but there's more to riding and racing than that.


Oh.... and you're WAY too big for a Blaster.

It seems fine, cut the fenders to make room for your knees but wait. You're 15? Your weight will surely increase, you're kinda tall. Get a 250 yz.
